I have had bad experiences with photographers before, but anything that makes me want to leave a bad review, because at the very least the photo quality was not bad. However, today my family and I went to this JCPenny portraits studio. We dressed nicely and took our time matching outfits. At our arrival and the start of the session, I asked the photographer if she had any suggestions for family poses. A friend of mine booked 2 sessions and from what I saw, it looks like the photographer does not limit the sessions it's like if you're booked for 1pm you'll take pictures till you're fully satisfied even if it takes 2 hours to get there. This is great however, the people who are scheduled for the following session end up having to wait way longer to get in. This needs to be more organized and timed to avoid the wait. Otherwise pictures were great and the photographer does her job well.

The lady who took our photos was very patient and kind. However our photos have came out very blurry. We spent over $150 and the digital and print are blurred..very disappointing.
