Ive been here a couple times to do photos with my dogs. Everyone is always so kind and I get to have memories to cherish ❤️
Made an appointment for same day and called and canceled it an hour later, they charged me a $25 fee and said that the policy is to cancel it 24 hours in advance. The appointment was made the same day and canceled an hour later, they didnt inform me when i made the appointment over the phone.
Arianna is super amazing and was very accommodating and was the reason why my kid had a successful photo shoot, I recommend requesting her if you and your kid are looking for a photo shoot
We had such a great experience with Dani! She was fantastic with our newborn daughter and took the cutest pictures. She was so patient and accommodated our outfit changes and props we wanted included in our photos. We will definitely be back!
The photographer was great with my daughter and patient when we had a diaper change part way through. However their digital album is a complete scam. It's all done through Shutterfly and they make you buy prints from them in order to download your album. If you're going to go here, don't buy any prints as you will be forced to buy them from Shutterfly. I bought a few just so I could download my photo album and Shutterfly said they would let me know by email when I could download it. Total scam...take your money somewhere els... read more
