We’ve been taking our pictures with JCPenney for the past 10 years, so unfortunately, I’m very disappointed to say that today was by far our worst experience at this location. We were only 7 minutes late due to trying to find parking. When we arrived, we were told that we were 10 minutes late and that the time would be deducted from our session. Cortez was awesome! He did a great job with the photos and helping us with poses.
Pictures turned out beautiful. Just know they charge separately for each individual in the photos, and session fee is different from the digital photos’ fee.
Booked an awkward photo shoot & we had a great experience. A great core memory was made here
