My husband and I went for a family photoshoot for my son’s 1st birthday. We had a great time, our photographer Heather was so sweet and made sure our son was laughing and smiling. Pictures came out beautiful. Friendly staff and memorable pictures, will come back for future photoshoots. :)

the wait time management at this location is absolutely ridiculous. i had my appointment set at 2:15PM and arrived on time. during my check in the last at the desk let us know there would be a little wait since they were busy for easter weekend. after 2 hours of waiting i left. at around 4:40 they called to say it was my turn. what’s the point of making an appointment if you’re treated as a walk in. this was a great inconvenience for me and my fiance as we had other plans after the shoot. appointments should have priority ov... read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Back in November, my family and I scheduled a holiday photo session. Despite arriving on time for our appointment, we were forced to wait nearly two hours before being seen. The photographer we were assigned was unprofessional, simply snapping pictures without any real direction or effort. Unsatisfied with the experience, I reached out to corporate, and they offered a free reshoot along with a partial refund of $125.
