I would not recommend this place to anyone. Back in November, my family and I scheduled a holiday photo session. Despite arriving on time for our appointment, we were forced to wait nearly two hours before being seen. The photographer we were assigned was unprofessional, simply snapping pictures without any real direction or effort. Please go somewhere else! The photographer is super slow. You ll wait for hours and hours. Eventually we just got up and walked away. The studio I saw looked pretty bad and had no doors (if you have a running toddler)!

Absolutely NOT!!! My appointment was at 4pm and I was on time. I had to wait until closing to take pictures, keep in the mall closes at 8pm. They only had one photographer, how stupid of JCPENNEY to have the audacity to be training new people during the holiday season to take portraits. Then one of the guys had the nerves to give everyone a speech about coming back the next..... I'm like dude, I had an appointment for 4pm, that's your fault you didn't manage the appointment log or how many people were going to be there. NEVE... read more
