I brought my 5 month old here for Santa photos! They did such a good job. All of the photos turned out great. Everyone we dealt with was really friendly and fun.

If I could give 0 stars I would my total experience was horrible my photographer was okay but the wait time was long unorganized unprofessional not helpful at all especially staff working up front some of them were okay I feel my money was wasted honestly it wasn’t worth it if I could get my money back I would receive my photos late because employee entered my email address wrong the whole experience with JCpenny portraits was horrible and would not recommend 0 out of 10 they need to do better service sucks Don’t think I wil... read more

I scheduled an appointment for family pictures 2 weeks ago. When they called to confirm my appointment, they told me they were not allowing outfit changes because they were overbooked and there would be enough time. I was told that if didnt matter how early I booked, that’s what their manager said for Thursday-Sunday. I called back to ask for an email address to the store to address my concerns. They said the my didn’t have one. I cancelled my appointment. I do appreciate the red flags being raise prior to the appointment.

I booked a holiday photo session for my family and I. Upon entering we were immediately hit with the odor of smoke. The photographer Jarquez did not want to be at work and it very apparent during our session. He did not provide guidance for poses or what would take place during the session nor appropriate accommodations for a newborn. We did not enjoy and I will not be returning.
