Sorry this place should be not be in business. The staff is friendly correct but that doesn't equate to good photos. The gal we had, Melissa, very nice, but completely unqualified for the job. We wanted generational photos and she had no idea how to pose us, so we made suggestions, she would take one picture and say "okay what next?" At one point, I did say you are the professional we are kind of looking to you to guide us, still couldn't do it. I had a decent experience— at least at the studio. The woman who checked me in and took my photos was very friendly, patient, and helpful. I took my cat with me, and he was surprisingly cooperative for most of the shoot. If you're bringing a pet, I suggest bringing your own doggy bags and a lint roller— they don't provide either. As far as picking out photos, figuring out which deal would give me the most bang for my buck (had to figure that out on my own), and having them ship my photos, the experience wasn't that great. I have went to this JCPenney portraits for years it was always good even during the holidays.This time I had a appointment with sunrise but they had to cancel last minute.So I made a appointment at Arden where I have always done them.I have a membership witch is good for two years I got it in April of this year.the girl tried telling me I didn't have one and they couldn't find it.I used it in April so how do I not have one she then tells me to show her a receipt.I never had to show one before it was always good and when it e... read more
