The photographer Tara was the NICEST person I've ever met, she was so sweet and helped us find so many silly poses for my friends and I! She made our experience so seamless and smooth even though my friends and I were super not prepared for the amount of pictures we could take! She was so detail oriented and so helpful, giving us great insight on backgrounds and how to manage our height differences! The waiting was horrible. We waited 2 weeks for the appointment and got nothing. We came in 15 minutes early plus waited there for an hour and a half. Photographer phone called us at the last minute but we were already there. She wanted to move our schedule at 12:00 instead of 11:30. 11:30 was our original appointment. 12:00 have past and nothing. We stop waiting and left. We were very disappointed. We are never going back.
Tara did an excellent job with photos of my newborn!
My photographer was so professional and was so caring about my wants for the shoot! I did a maternity shoot (FTM) and she made the transition of poses so smoothly and it wasn’t awkward or uncomfortable at all , I have done a lot of shoots and in the past (not at JCPenney) it can definitely feel awkward if there’s no chemistry between u and the photographer and this was not a problem! AND my pictures ended up looking great. Her name is Tara I believe, so sweet and kind:) I would recommend her 1000x ! Thank you Tara
