I am deeply disappointed with my experience at JCPenney Portrait Studio. I brought my newborn granddaughter in for pictures to capture a once-in-a-lifetime moment, and not only were the first photos poorly done, but the retake was even worse. The props were dirty, the rugs looked unsanitary, and the photographer did not use gloves while handling my newborn. We had an EXCELLENT experience today with Monique! If there’s anyone who knows how to make a session professional and playful it’s her! She took the best pictures of us and made the most of our session. She needs a raise for sure! If there’s anyone who wants to book a session, do so with her!

I cannot remember her name but she needs a raise. The young woman who took our photos went above and beyond to get beautiful photos of my toddler who was on 100! Thank you for making a difficult time into a beautiful memory!
