This was our last visit to JCP Portraits for family photos. Despite an advertised 80% discount, the prices were still outrageous. The photographer was inexperienced, openly admitting she didn’t know how to set up poses. My wife had to arrange everything, yet the photos came out poorly centered, making them difficult to use in collages. Their options for photo setups were extremely limited, and the photographer gave no warnings before snapping pictures. Claire did a great job at entertaining my 1 year old and we got great pictures!
Took my son and daughter today for photos and Angel did an amazing job, he was very patient and all around helpful. I even had to call back once I got home because I had questions and he answered them accordingly and even said if I needed more help that he was there to help and call back. We will be back for more photos in the future!
Loved our experience today with our family Christmas photos! They did such a wonderful job. Super friendly and did an awesome job with all of our pictures.
