Megan is absolutely amazing to work with! We didn’t have to wait long at all since we were the first appointment of the day. It was a maternity session so she went over the basic poses that are typical for that session but also wanted feedback on any ideas I had. We got to explore all avenues and she did a great job guiding us. Ended up ordering 2 canvases which got here in less than a week. Thank you Megan!!!

I want to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with JCPenney Portraits. For the past four years, Cait has been my go-to photographer, and I've always been pleased with her work. Unfortunately, after using a different photographer in May, I was left feeling quite frustrated. The photos didn't turn out well at all. My son's hair was blown out, and I was surprised that the photographer didn't explore different angles or make an effort to address the issue. Had a great experience thanks to Megan, our photographer! Despite having a reservation and arriving on time, we still waited about 30min until it was our turn. This was a bit frustrating, but we didn't feel rushed during our shoot and was allowed to stay past closing hours to finish. Megan was so effortlessly funny and made our cousin shoot way better than expected! Five stars because of her.
