I really appreciate our photographer JAZZ she's the best with helping my family with their first family portrait together in forever the care and detail really made my day. I had to give her a hug she deserves much more. Now I can say we have a family portrait 🤗
My best friend and I scheduled an appointment for Friday, Dec 27 at 3:15. We were promptly greeted by our photographer Jaloni. He set up our backdrop and helped us take our "awkward/funny" photos! It was so much fun! Super quick and easy. Jaloni was able to give us a great deal too. I definitely recommend coming here and asking for him if you can!
Super disappointed in this location. We originally had our photos taken at the Concord mall location for Father’s Day, our first Father’s Day with our newborn daughter. A gift to my husband. The session was just eh. The reason I am reviewing the Antioch location is, our photos came damaged. So I called Concord and the nice lady apologized profusely said she would send out new ones to the Antioch location (I live in Brentwood). I was told I would get a call. Never got one. Not impressed at all with this studio. We made an appointment and arrived on time but had to wait an hour until we could take photos. Then we received the pictures the tops of our heads were cropped off. I have called the studio and Lifetouch multiple times trying to get reprints to no avail. I will never use this studio again.
My daughter had been looking forward to taking a remarkable birthday portrait with her son and brother, so we decided to visit JC Penney to make it happen. As we walked in, we were immediately greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable Liz, who made us feel right at home. She took the time to listen to our ideas and preferences and provided helpful suggestions throughout the session, which made all the difference in creating a truly memorable experience.
