Sydney was our photographer and she was GREAT! Very understanding and patient (we were a bit unorganized and needed some time to fix ourselves). She handled my (very curious and not too happy about taking photos) toddler amazingly. I was a bit self conscious and she kept giving me compliments and would show me the pictures after (almost) each shot. I always appreciate that so I know to fix my hair and what not. They overbooked everybody and we waited hours without any notice. The staff were not doing anything but just standing there while they could have been calling people to tell the that they would have a long wait.

If you come here make sure to really look at pictures when choosing, and if you don't like them make the photographer do more poses. The 1 picture out of a dozen we kept. The photographer did edits to some others that were good pictures, but she edited them before we could choose those, but we couldn't get those without paying an extra $149 for them. The others that were available for the family portrait pack we paid for were not good at all. Some had eyes closed, no smiles, eyes looking down. The photographer noticed that, ... read more

We have been getting photos with jcpenney portraits for years and are never disappointed with the results! All the photographers are super kind, creative and talented! Many of them will go out of there way to make the experience feel extra special! Can't wait to do this again!

Had a photo shoot done with my family as a gift for our mom. Photo shoot went fine, went over all the pictures, ordered what we wanted,etc. 12 days later received the order… not our family but a huge photo of another family’s child. I contacted JCPenney to fix it they apologized and reordered. Another 12 days later received our order right family wrong order. We ordered a canvas and they sent a regular picture.
