ETA Canvas came in 2 days after our photo session, which I appreciate. BUT the canvas is not centered. One kids arm is going off the edge and the other has extra space. So disappointing. Pictures were just ok, nothing great. This one was horrible. The photographer told us to each look at the stinkiest person, it was funny. But she didn't correct my 8 year old when the back of his head was COMPLETELY to the camera. Including the Groupon I used, I spent over $180. Totally agree with one of the reviews that every year it keeps getting worse. They will make you wait more than one hour past your appointment time! If you can’t handle it, then don’t schedule so many people, isn’t that simple? Very unprofessional and the photos are really not very good.
Such an amazing experience with Amber today. She photographed our small family (mom, dad, and 11 month old baby) for holiday photos and the pictures are incredible! She was so great with the baby, made him smile throughout the shoot, and got so so many good shots of every single one of us. I wish we had done photos at JCP earlier in infanthood with our baby boy. We got a membership so it will cover future sitting fees and we will be back for more photos as our baby grows up!
I’ve been coming here for the past three years to get holiday photos of my reptiles and I taken. The first two years Carol helped me out, and she was great! Very quick when it came to good positions and poses for my animals and I. She was over all very pleasant! THIS year my photographer was Amber and she was an absolute pleasure to work with!
