I went here for a holiday shoot with my pet. Despite everyone being late due to weather, the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The photographers did an amazing job! They immediately made me feel comfortable while giving some pointers. My photos turned out fantastic! I highly recommend to check this place out.
I called to make an appointment and the gentleman I spoke with was incredible rude. He said I had to make an appointment online. I wasn't able to get into my account so I asked for help to which he replied with "ugh I don't have time for you." So I called 12 oaks mall and they scheduled an appt for us over the phone in 5 minutes!
