They pushed our original appointment back and then when we got to the studio, we were stuck walking our dog around JC Penney for an hour while waiting. Despite the inconvenience, we were mostly disappointed at the lack of pricing transparency. What is advertised on the flyers is not accurate. Not only did our session cost much more than expected, not all 30 of the photos were useable (eyes were closed, people not looking, etc.). We'll definitely going to local photographer next time, even if they're "just for fun" pictures.

Wasted my time. Made appointment, called in the morning to confirm. Drove all the way there to be told they decided they can't do it. Flaky location, best to avoid it.

Juan was amazing! Super awesome guy and we got the best photos! He took his time with us and walked us through all of the bundle options. Thank you Juan and JCP!

I booked an extended session at Jcpenney Portraits Studio to take pictures of my son for his 3rd birthday. I am beyond disappointed with the experience at this studio! Not only did I wait an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment time (which was a nightmare with an almost 3 year old I might add) our session was completely rushed! We spent a whole 12 minutes in the studio and we're rushed out even after I said no, I was NOT satisfied with what they had done yet.
