Our photographer was so amazing. We went in asking for ridiculous photos and she PROVIDED. She had stance ideas, a great attitude and she just generally added to the fun we were having.

I am not happy at all with my photos or the photographer. My photos were not up to my standards the photographer wasn't personable and she was very bland and she didn't use props nothing. my son wasn't even thrilled about it. Sonya is usually my photographer but she was leaving and I was disappointed I should've of rescheduled but we need them done for Christmas. Now that Sonya has left, it’s not worth visiting this location. The girl who took our photos this year is not good with kids. She didn’t ask their names. Our preschooler was not thrilled to be there, but a good photographer like Sonya has always been able to be silly and pull him out of a nervous mood. This was not the case this time around. It went from bad to worse. We usually get at least 3 good family photos and a few good individual photos. She didn’t take any of the kids separately. We LOVE NAOMI! she is super patient with my three year old daughter and gets great pictures despite the chaos. i would highly recommend requesting her!

Sonya is the only thing good about this place. She should have her own studio, seriously. Jcpenney doesn't deserve her. She is a wonderful photographer and wonderful person who cares about her customers like family. She creates memories that last a lifetime and she does it all with the corporate world on her shoulders. Thank you for everything.
