Love coming here because it’s close to home! But photographers should be instructed to give clients variety. Clients are paying over 180 dollars for pictures - we should definitely get more than 24 shots. And should definitely be more prepared for children shots. Prep is everything. Especially with photography. Learn the craft. Unacceptable. Do better.
We have been members and taking our annually family pictures at JC Penney since 2018. Every year we've had some great memories and beautiful photos to show. However, today Jan. 11, 2025, I was utterly disappointed and disgusted with the service and photos we received. We arrived at our 11:15 appointment at approximately 11:17, however another person was already there. We waited until 11:45 before our session started. My siblings and I did a silly photoshoot for our parents and Jackie was super sweet and funny! She was on top of it and made what we thought would be such an awkward experience really enjoyable.
My brothers and I just had a photo session here. From beginning to end, the customer service was great. Super friendly, and attentive service. Our photographer Kiemora was awesome! She did not rush us, and she got great photos; just what we wanted! Thank you to all of you.
Great place for portraits and Holiday pictures! Vinny did a great job in taking some almost professional quality pics! Worth it for decent holiday portraits, prices are slightly expensive during holidays. Digital album cost almost $125 after coupons
