Our family has not taken a family portrait in over 15 years, and the experience was NOT the greatest because of the bland personality and lack of photogenic support from our NON photographer Maria. The experience was supposed to be great, but it was very boring. There was no effort put in on behalf of the “photographer” and as far as for poses or any suggestions or ideas…not even a cracked smile from her. The wait was horrible and we only got 10 minutes worth of pics. Don’t come here its not worth it.
Very long wait even though I had a appointment. Pictures turned out great though.
This place was the worst. My appointment was for 12:45 it’s 1:51pm and I’m still here. I Will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION! The lady was horrible who took our pictures. They need to ask Santa for new employees this Christmas!!!
The photographer was very friendly. She took great pictures.
