Yesterday was my first time using JCP Portraits. My family's photo session went great! I will try to list as many details as possible. This review is for the Chesterfield Towne Center location. When I arrived, I had no idea where to go. I wish JCP had more signs, but one thing I loved was that there were so many associates available, I had no problem asking where to go. The one at South Park mall is amazing. Our photos arrived and it looked totally different than what we ordered from Chesterfield Towne center, Erica at South Park was amazing and fixed the problem without a problem.
Wish I could give it a 0. When I call Caroline back about my schedule appointment tomorrow, she gave me nothing, but attitude!! If I ask you about the session, but you don't explain all the details clearly and get an attitude with the customer. It's called being respectful and professional!!! I'll kindly pay $245, $300 or even $700 somewhere else who is REAL customer service and respect!!! And to think that I would start my picture sessions back as I did when my kids where little. We received a call at exactly 7 pm when we booked our session. Caroline was extremely unprofessional on the phone and stated we would have to pay $25 extra for the session when we were walking in the building. When we arrived at the photo station Caroline stated that we could take pictures after paying the extra $25 and not complete our session. EXTREMELY RUDE and apparently is the manager. Don’t waste your time coming here.
