JCPenney’s portraits is always a great place to get portraits and professional headshots. A customer service was really great and they helped us out when my brother Mitch had to get professional portraits and head shots in a full ballerina tutu as part of coming in last place in our fantasy football league. The manager and customer service were more than happy to help and promised to post his pictures online in their social media. I hope they do and let us know where! Thanks again for helping with our fun pictures!

I had a disappointing experience during a recent session my MIL booked for her grandchildren at JCPenney Portraits. During the appointment, the photographer’s approach to posing the children & getting them to smile seemed very forceful to me, and my nephew became upset and was crying. When we tried to speak up or help soothe the kids, I felt our concerns were not well received. I’m sharing because I think it’s important for families to know what our experience was like. Went in with my little brother for pics and we were very early due to me thinking it would’ve been harder to find him clothes but it wasn’t. i asked if we could be early and Tammy said that was fine! she was amazing. felt like she was going above and beyond for us. she was professional and so nice the entire time. i can’t wait to go back and get more. 🥰🥰

I booked a newborn session and was immediately treated rudely. I showed up at 12:15 for my 12:30 scheduled appointment. I was not even spoken to until 1:00 and then was told we'd have 15 minutes only and 0 time for outfit changes. While picking the backdrops the manager was rushing me when I did not know my options until arriving. I then asked her opinion and she just threw her hands up and said gray was fine too. Went there for Senior pictures of my nephew. Tammy was amazing. She makes you feel welcome, very friendly, and does an awesome job at trying to get the best photos. She gave great ideas for poses and props. She explained the packages. She went thru the pictures to see what we wanted. Highly recommend this place for family photos, Senior photos, baby photos, etc.
