If I could, I’d give this place even less than a 1-star review. Despite how busy it was for holiday portraits, everything started out pleasant… until the actual session. Me, my mother, sister, 2 toddlers & were scheduled to be photographed. The session was completely rushed. The photographer even had the nerve to tell us to “Hurry up”. My sister’s baby started to get fussy mid-shoot. The photographer lacked any type of empathy for the baby crying… She literally rushed & took horrible photos because THEY were understaffed. This was our first family photo. I was a bit scared because we had two young children but our photographer was phenomenal! Jessica made the shoot engaging, fun, and better than I could have hoped for. Our photos were beautiful and we even wanted the mess ups (we messed upof course lol). Thank you so much Jessica. We will definitely be back.

Awesome service with Sarah this week, she performed with professionalism and respect. I loved the way she assisted me in posing and adjusting my stance and especially with noticing when things were out of place before hand. I appreciate how prompt she was and how much fun I had with the whole process. She came highly recommended after seeing photos she took of my church and I can say it was well worth the money. I’ll be back for more holiday and birthday photos for sure!! Thanks Sarah!

First time booking with Jcpenny portrait. My friend and I were very excited to have this experience, but it wasn’t a pleasure. We originally scheduled for Friday, but ended up calling over the phone to reschedule for Saturday. Pam, advised our appointment was at 12pm. I received a text for 11am.
