When the online scheduling system showed no availability for the day, Jessica personally took my call and was able to accommodate me with a 2:15 PM appointment, which I truly appreciated. Brittney did a phenomenal job with my portraits for my senior photos. She gave helpful tips and advice for posing. Such an easy and fun experience!🩷
If I could, I’d give this place even less than a 1-star review. Despite how busy it was for holiday portraits, everything started out pleasant… until the actual session. Me, my mother, sister, 2 toddlers & were scheduled to be photographed. The session was completely rushed. The photographer even had the nerve to tell us to “Hurry up”. My sister’s baby started to get fussy mid-shoot. The photographer lacked any type of empathy for the baby crying… She literally rushed & took horrible photos because THEY were understaffed. This was our first family photo. I was a bit scared because we had two young children but our photographer was phenomenal! Jessica made the shoot engaging, fun, and better than I could have hoped for. Our photos were beautiful and we even wanted the mess ups (we messed upof course lol). Thank you so much Jessica. We will definitely be back.
