We had our first little family photos with Justin- he was extremely patient with our newborn son and had creative ideas to incorporate our own props for a fun and beautiful outcome. His charisma allowed us to trust him with our baby and we are very pleased with how everything turned out!
I had an excellent experience with Jessica at the JCPenney Portraits location. When the online scheduling system showed no availability for the day, Jessica personally took my call and was able to accommodate me with a 2:15 PM appointment, which I truly appreciated. Upon arrival, she was assisting another customer on her own, yet she still managed to greet and help me promptly without making me feel rushed. Brittney did a phenomenal job with my portraits for my senior photos. She gave helpful tips and advice for posing. Such an easy and fun experience!🩷
If I could, I’d give this place even less than a 1-star review. Despite how busy it was for holiday portraits, everything started out pleasant… until the actual session. Me, my mother, sister, 2 toddlers & were scheduled to be photographed. The session was completely rushed. The photographer even had the nerve to tell us to “Hurry up”. My sister’s baby started to get fussy mid-shoot. The photographer lacked any type of empathy for the baby crying… She literally rushed & took horrible photos because THEY were understaffed.
