Had pictures taken today with my two grandkids, great experience! Angie was quick, efficient and I really appreciate her taking the time to help adjust my necklace and hair when needed. She was very professional and most importantly I love our pictures! I will be back.
Never again. I will not do business with JC Penny or shutterfly! I paid a massive amount of money for a photoshoot for my daughter. 11 days after i get a bent up envelope stuffed in my mailbox with ruined photos. All of my photos are creased down the middle. I tried filing a claim with UPS and they said "UPS Mail Innovations packages are not eligible for claims. If you are the recipient, please contact your sender for further assistance.
