Very dissatisfied with my family photo appointment, I should have just gone to another location, first we get to our appointment on time and at that we get there an hour early and we patiently wait until our appointment time , but we dont get seen until 2 hours later, because of multiple outfit changes from the appointment ahead of us which took most of our family photo session time and this appointment was planned a month in advance and I paid money to get my hair and make up done all for my son to get fussy because the pre... read more

We had an 11:15 AM appointment on Saturday, April 5, and arrived early at 11:00 with our two toddlers for a family portrait session. At 11:10, a staff member arrived and immediately informed us—very curtly—that there was no camera available. When I asked why we hadn’t been notified, she responded rudely, saying, “I just got here.” Why were we required to confirm the appointment multiple times if there was no camera available? We drove an hour to this JCpenny for our appointment and upon arriving inside we’re told the computer system is down and we would have to reschedule. We could not reschedule for the same day because they don’t know how long it will take to fix. I understand having troubles, but there was no way to tell us, the clients, this before wasting gas to drive up here ? Very unprofessional.
