Terrible experience with new born and 2 year old. Had an appointment for 6pm and an hour and a half later still not started taking pictures. Why make an appointment? Very disappointed and will never return.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the JCPenney Portrait Studio in Pearland, TX. We had newborn and family portraits scheduled for Sunday, April 19th at 4:45 PM. When we arrived, there was no one at the counter to greet us, and several other families were also waiting without any communication or direction. After waiting, an employee finally came out around 5:00 PM and, without greeting anyone, immediately announced in a very rude and irritated tone that they were behind schedule. Had a great experience with the photographer! Great pictures, very nice, and cared about her job. Will definitely be going back!

Aiden and Marisol were amazing. The holiday season means the portrait studio gets booked up like crazy. So remember to be kind and patient to the fantastic people who work there. They were able to ensure we had lovely photos. Had such a nice experience, thank you again Marisol and Aiden!
