We had an 11:15 AM appointment on Saturday, April 5, and arrived early at 11:00 with our two toddlers for a family portrait session. At 11:10, a staff member arrived and immediately informed us—very curtly—that there was no camera available. When I asked why we hadn’t been notified, she responded rudely, saying, “I just got here.” Why were we required to confirm the appointment multiple times if there was no camera available? Their Camara broke and they didn't notify me until the day of my appointment. So disappointing.

We drove an hour to this JCpenny for our appointment and upon arriving inside we’re told the computer system is down and we would have to reschedule. We could not reschedule for the same day because they don’t know how long it will take to fix. I understand having troubles, but there was no way to tell us, the clients, this before wasting gas to drive up here ? Very unprofessional.

Horrible customer service with a whole lot of excuses that sounded like lies. When we arrived we did see that the photographer was still working on the previous session. Once the receptionist was done talking on the phone she said our appointment had to be rescheduled due to it being the last appointment of the day and that we were late even though they were still not done with the previous appointment.
