Well after all the past issues with scheduling and having to wait there's finally a new studio manager in this location that has cleared house and reorganized this location. They're still working out a couple smaller technical issues that were never addressed that were causing the sessions to be pushed back or missed all together. Staff is nice, guess they get a star for that. We live an hour away, this is the closest JCPenny to us. We wanted to do family Christmas photos with our son who is 6 months. We have had to re schedule now 3 times now, and will be canceling the third. The first two they can NEVER seem get us back at the time of our reservation. The first time we didn’t even get back, all appointments were pushed back 2+ hours. 2nd time We had an appointment at 1:30 they didn’t get us back until almost 3, by that time our son was already pisse... read more

Rachel gave us such a wonderful experience today with our son graduation session. She made our son feel confident with his photos and incorporated photos of him being active military. Will definitely return for another session.
