“Mabel” is the absolute worst and laziest photographer I’ve ever dealt with. Beyond rude. She was too lazy to bend down or get on eye level for a toddler, just standing in one spot and tilting her camera down the whole time—making every photo completely distorted and ruined. She forced us to pay an extra "extended session" fee, claiming we'd get more photos. Instead, she rushed us through a totally empty studio and delivered fewer pictures than a standard session! She’s a scam and terrible at her job. Avoid her at all cost!

We’ve been coming to the Altamonte Springs location since my son was born, but Mabel completely ruined his birthday shoot. She is honestly the worst photographer I’ve ever dealt with—lazy, rude, and terrible with kids! Here is what Mabel pulled during our shoot: • Super lazy camera work: My son is a toddler. Instead of crouching down to his level, Mabel stood straight up the entire time and tilted the camera down at him. Avoid “Mabel” at all costs. She is rude, painfully slow, and terrible with kids. My child cooperated and smiled the entire time, yet Mabel failed to get even one single close-up shot because she couldn't press the button in time, AND TOO LAZY to zoom in! All photos are horrible! Really huge waste of time because I spent a lot of time to dress up my child even paid extensive sessions. Don't go unless you have the Groupon! Full price is not worth it when there's small businesses around that do better for cheaper. That said, if you use the Groupon, know that the family limitation is not by last name, it's by who is in the photo. They will look through their old photos to verify, which is some next lever hater behavior I almost have to admire. Studio was hot and musty too, JCPenney turn on your AC in summer?

We had such an amazing experience! The level of care and customer service from Brenda and Maria was exceptional. Brenda was our photographer for our newborn, she had so much patience and gave great recommendations. Maria handled our photo viewing and ordering. She was so patient with us and helped us decide on the best package for our budget. Both took their time with each appointment and made sure we left happy with our newborn photoshoot. Overall highly recommend!
