I am very pleased with my experience with newborn photos. The photo ladies Louella and Yuzo were so kind and welcoming. I did not feel rushed during the photoshoot which I felt was very important given babies tend to cry. These ladies made sure my baby’s photos came out great and they did exactly that! Overall satisfied!!
The picture quality is horrible. We haven't been in years and the quality is not worth what they charge. We had a 1:15 appointment didn't get seen till 2:15 and they spent less than 10 minutes taking my daughter's pictures. We got digital photos and the quality is awful the picture is grainy. I got a better picture from my cell phone. Will not go back again. Save your money and find a outside photographer. Oh and you can't pick up photos there anymore you have to pay for shipping. So ridiculous
Very disappointed got there 5 minutes early wasn't seen until 35 minutes later then my pictures was rushed through all my pictures came out ugly. Mind you I had a two year old with me horrible experience
