I had a 12 noon appointment today. At 12:05 the “photographer” saunters in and tells me that she needs to clock in. Then she needs to set up. Then she needs to warm up the bulb and it will take at least 15 more minutes. She’s talking to someone on the phone asking for help because she does not know how to set things up. Her partner and little boy come by and she’s chatting with them (cute little boy - best part of this wasted day). I was so excited to have pics with my daughters and every single pose came out absolutely awful. I probably will never have pics taken here again
I scheduled family pics Christmas Eve and the day before because our family was big and both days were horrible rushed by the male photographer. Some pics my daughter’s eyes were closed or about to closed and he didn’t retake them. He can clearly see the pic after he takes them. He didn’t care . They had great packages for the holidays but if you can request the lady photographer please do so. Especially if you are melanated. Just saying! I have a feeling he is not particularly fond of us. No surprise though.
Just disappointed…
