Never got photos taken. I made an appt online and on my way to the place, I called and was told that my appt was not received and they were closing at the time of my appt. My family and I were unable to find someone else at short notice to take our pics while we were all dressed, matching, and my makeup was done. We ended up taking photos outside in the dark in a nicely lit area on our iPhones and they turned out really nice.

I had a appointment on Halloween for my baby’s first birthday shoot the lady was so unprofessional didn’t tell us how to pose she didn’t even know it was a birthday shoot Keely taking pictures when we weren’t looking they came out blurry they only offered other Fashion session but I did a cake smash with a 100 dollar cake she lost out pictures so she had to call because all of them came out white my appointment was at 3 and I was there till 7 and I told her if she could hurry because it was my sons party that day I am very d... read more

The staff at JC Penney Portraits are truly amazing. Very friendly, patient, and professional. My daughters photos came out beautifully.
