Don't waste your time. They do not care about customers time/lives/schedules. They show up to work AT your appointment time and then take 45 minutes to set up and get the camera ready so we left. The second time they were behind 30 minutes so at 45 minutes of waiting with 2 young kids we left again. The photographers have no customer services skills what so ever.
Evan did a great job with my headshots.
Emma did an amazing job with our photos as was so welcoming and fun to work with. She was accommodating and had us laughing during our entire photo shoot. We will come back in the future because of our experience with her!
I have used JCP for years now. Unfortunately this time was one of the worst experiences. After booking multiple slots for their Santa experience under my name (one for me and a few others for a friend who I was paying for) the staff harassed me for the week prior to coming about how we can only book one slot after explaining multiple times how I was paying but it was for multiple friends and family members so each family had time with the camera and Santa.
