The staff did great very welcoming coming in. Based off of past reviews they must have new staff because we did not have any bad experience with the ladies that helped us. I found the package on Facebook and it initially said $179 and a $50. Unfortunately, the package was a little bit more than that amount but because of the great service I did not question it. Excellent service! I was photographed by Ramses and assisted by the manager Brianna. The customer service was outstanding and the photos were equally great! Ramses made me feel welcome and was very detailed with the photos. Brianna was very kind and thoroughly explained the pricing information to me. This was a much better experience then when I came to this JC Penny over a year ago. I will definitely return again.

No human contact to make appointments? I have questions before I book, but apparently they didn't care to answer after I left a message. I'll go somewhere where customers are treated with a little more respect than steering cattle through a digital "onboarding" app. Barf!
