I've had great experiences in the past at JCPenney...this year was a bit different it was super rushed and when I tried to get kids to calm and smile I was told to stop and take a photo with my husband so at least we would have a photo that turned out good. My 3 kids 5 5and 7 were in several poses but I only had 1 photo at the end from said pose instead of many to choose from per pose..all of which didn't turn out good. Prin and Riley were amazing. Such an awesome team - super patient and really helped our family have so much fun for our first family photo session. Highly recommend - will come back for sure!

We had a small misunderstanding on my part and every employee I was in contact with was extremely helpful and along with management who I did not meet but was a helpful entity behind the scene. Sloan- thank you for the session and your flexibility working with us. Prin- thank you for above and beyond customer care and problem solving. Jodie- thank you for your kindness, patience and dedication to making my experience finalizing our order the smoothest and most accommodating. Great team! We will come back for more sessions.

Today we had a great session at JP Penny photo. I didn’t catch her name but the woman on the phone who helped book us same day was very helpful. She provided excellent customer service. Prin was our photographer and did so wonderful with our almost 10 month old during his photo session. She was playful, engaging, and professional. He even crawled to her for a hug! We had a wonderful experience and look forward to booking additional sessions in the future.

The staff did great very welcoming coming in. Based off of past reviews they must have new staff because we did not have any bad experience with the ladies that helped us. I found the package on Facebook and it initially said $179 and a $50. Unfortunately, the package was a little bit more than that amount but because of the great service I did not question it.
