Our photographer / Salesperson Katie was great ! She is very sweet , she was helpful , knowledgeable and patient with our family. She made our photo shoot a very fun and personable experience! Thank you 😊

This location is terrible! They always overbook everyone and are running behind. They barely posed my children and, were annoyed when I suggested poses/missed good shots because they were busy commenting “how cute/sassy” they are. For some reason an associate who considers herself the manager was extremely rude and took it upon herself to stand over the associate’s shoulder while he was helping me. Then, she proceeded to assume my family wasn’t military and; had her bubble burst once we presented our military ID’s. Of course... read more
Save your time and money. Go to a professional private studio or person. Was promised pictures in 7 days on June 1 st at the Beavercreek location. It's June 13th no pictures. No tracking. This was a fathers day gift. My husband and I have called several times and no one has helped us. We had tried to reach the manager but apparently she doesn't work even though I was told she would be in on the 13 from 1-7?
