I hope you don’t actually want to see the photos, they send them through Shutterfly and apparently have my information wrong on there, I can not access the pictures. They also advertise for $14.99, my photos (3) were 100 dollars. Do not go here
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with JCPenney Photography. The photographer was rude and did not make the session feel comfortable or enjoyable. There was very little guidance when it came to posing, and I felt like we were left to figure out the poses ourselves. What was even more frustrating was the ordering process. Had a photo appointment at 12 arrived at 11:55 was still working on the person before me. Which was OK I understand that but it’s the fact that you come out 30 minutes late and you say who are you. I’m your 12 o’clock appointment where were you and still wasn’t done with the previous customer until 1o’clock so I had to leave very unsatisfied honestly you need to get better time management and we’re still trying to do a sales pitch with the lady before us the lady before it felt better. We just left JCPenny portraits in Centerville and had Rachel as our photographer. Our first and last time ever coming here. Rachel was distracted our whole photoshoot. She received a phone call right before our time started about one of the beavercreek photographers not being able to make it to work due to a car accident. Please note, Cierra the photographer is okay and with her mother btw and I know this because Rachel was very loud about the incident and had walked out of our session 3 times and at the end wanted to charge... read more
