We just left JCPenny portraits in Centerville and had Rachel as our photographer. Our first and last time ever coming here. Rachel was distracted our whole photoshoot. She received a phone call right before our time started about one of the beavercreek photographers not being able to make it to work due to a car accident. If you need decent family picture, I suggest a more experienced photographer. Prices are high everywhere, but you might as well pay for quality vs. here. Our photographer didnt give adequate suggestions for our family of 4, nor try to remove the glare from my glasses by suggesting head movement. We had one decenr family portrait, but even then the kids were ready. I was told we could reschedule for another day, but why waste my time any further? The photogtapher also lied to thr manager about my daugher looking at the camera... read more

Photographer was just there for work. Didn't get good coaching during the photoshoot, and so the photos were as dry as my lack of direction. Scheduled my appointment for 9am on the website. Place didn't open until 10am. 28 photos taken in less than ten minutes.

Customer service was great here both from the gentleman at the front desk and the photographer!
