Chris at the front desk turned me and my daughter away for being 10’mins late & I had an appointment & it was people there with no appointment being serviced …very unprofessional & insensitive., will not be returning thanks but no thanks

This is the most unprofessional experience in customer service and disregard for time. Appointment times are NOT respected at all, and multiple families waiting for one photo room and one photographer, booked in 15 min increments...my session is booked for 30 min, so already the math ain't maffin...

I got there before my time slot and the photographer was still running behind. He was helping someone when I got there and he had someone else in front of me. I was fine waiting 15 minutes, even thirty, and even though he was kind whenever he finally did say something to me, I wasn't waiting over an hour which is what it was! I don't know if it was the person that was there was asking multiple of the SAME questions or what that took up time even though she was on the phone. The quality of the photographic services and the photos themselves were extremely disappointing, leaving a lasting sense of dissatisfaction. The photographer appeared unprepared, lacking essential equipment and struggling to execute basic poses that had been discussed prior. The lighting and composition of the shots were far from optimal, leading to images that felt rushed and poorly thought out. Upon receiving the final images, the disappointment deepened. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service that was presented to us today. We have used the Stone Crest location numerous times and have never been treated like we have been today. We were turned away and asked to reschedule our appointment for being 5 min late to our appointment after waiting to spoken to by the front desk after waiting 10 min.
