Literally called the same day to cancel my daughter's sweet 16 photo shoot. After paying for hair, nail and make up appts, this is ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATING. I feel they should have definitely helped me book same day with their Frisco store to keep my 6:00 p.m. appointment... disappointed, and highly upset! Are y'all going to refund me the $25 you were going to charge me for canceling same day?? 🥴 All Collin locations are sooo trailer!

Not sure what has happened between last year and this year but our experience was as bad as the photos we received. We were so rushed we barely got quality pictures (even though the family before us took 30-40 minutes and we waited patiently as their shoot cut into our time). We did not care about waiting, but we did care how bad our experience was. After our session we payed $120+ for uncentered, unflattering, and awful pictures. I’m so upset! I’ve been taking pictures with them for about 5 years now. I called to reschedule my appointment because my son has strep. They said that they would charge me a cancellation fee. Its very upsetting that something out of my control has happened and there no exceptions in their policy and they’ll still charge a fee! Like do you want me to bring my sick child in for proof! Do you need to see the doctor’s note! I won’t be booking with them anymore!

Teylia was a wonderful photographer! She made sure my group had a wonderful time and jokes with us and gave us plenty of advice on poses. The photos came out wonderful as well.
