I had scheduled an appointment on Saturday at 1:30 with our new puppy. I was completely dissatisfied that we waited over an hour and a half to have our photo session. There was poor communication with photographers and they need to improve their customer service skills. Our photos weren’t ready the same day so when I went back the next day, again I waited over an hour to look at my photos. Booked an appointment for a portrait.My appointment was supposed to be at 6. I got a message from the photographer asking me to show up early. I called and let them know I would be 15 mins early. Got there at 5:45 and had to wait until 6:20. At the end of the appointment I found out that the client whom I was waiting for to do her pictures was the 6:30 appointment (after my 6pm appointment). I love my session with Garrett he was super kind with us and the pictures were awesome ! Just be patient because probably your session won't start on time! Look for a coupon online before paid I save $80

Horrible customer service , find a diffent place , the employee here are rude , 0 people skills , including management.
