Believe the bad reviews when you see them. This is a horrible location and very bad management. I had a really bad and stressful experience with getting photos taken here. Had an appointment at like 330 and when I got there no one greeted me or checked me in. I asked to be checked in and the girl at the front with blonde/brown hair asked another guy to check me in. I have one of the worst experience ever in the city of Guatemala, Jesse, Penny town Center. I’m sharing this here with you because I want all the managers and customers not to go to that location to take family portraits or take your pets. I had scheduled an appointment on Saturday at 1:30 with our new puppy. I was completely dissatisfied that we waited over an hour and a half to have our photo session. There was poor communication with photographers and they need to improve their customer service skills. Our photos weren’t ready the same day so when I went back the next day, again I waited over an hour to look at my photos. Garrett was very friendly and help me my wife take awesome photos of our newborn. Really skilled and work with our budget and vision.
