No one answers the phone at the customer service ! I called over 10 times and followed the instructions and waited 40 minute plus each time so I tried their chat with text. 3 weeks ago . My photos and Christmas cards came out dark and I requested that it will be reprinted. The “ chat “ told me it will be done and I should get a response by email. No email after one week so I chat again. This time I asked for a case #. A week later and still no email confirmation. So I called again yesterday and failed on hold 3 x. Just calle... read more

Had a great experience with Adriana, who took our photos. Two of our family photos were a miss because my mother in law's face got blocked by my brother in law's but the rest of the photos were really good. She got some really good ones of our baby as well. I was shocked that there was a $14.99 session fee that was charged per person, which I later found on the website, but oh well, it was decent for what we paid.
