Horrible. What’s the point of making an appointment when they absolutely do not honor your appointment time. There’s absolutely no reason for a place to take over 30 minutes to acknowledge someone who has made an appointment. I can PROMISE you’re better off taking your own photos for how long you need to wait again even WITH an appointment. If you do decide to subject yourself to the continued torture of waiting with a toddler waaay past your appointment time then you should absolutely book for photos here. We have been here three times, the first time and most recent time, Jenn, did our baby’s pictures and we also got family Christmas photos done this time. Jenn was very good with our baby and tried to make her smile and laugh. She also gives directions for people like me that don’t know how to pose. I wasn’t impressed with the girl that did her photos the second time but Jenn doesn’t disappoint! She makes sure to get at least a few good photos. This place deserves ZERO STARS if that was possible! We had maternity pictures scheduled and they cancelled our session after only being a few minutes late. We still had at least 15 minutes in our scheduled time but the photographer took the next appointment after us EARLY instead! The staff was extremely rude about it too! We’ve gotten pictures taken at the Robinson location and had no problems, but this one at the Beaver Valley Mall was HORRIBLE. Schedule elsewhere!

This place was horrible! We had a great experience at another location that is currently closed so we thought we would try the Beaver Valley Mall studio. The entire experience was aggravating from the start! We waited over 40 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. With an almost two year old this is a near impossible feat, we were off to a less than stellar start.
