Absolutely horrible. I made a reservation on line and showed up early and had to wait over an hour to be seen for our family photos because only one person was working the whole studio. So my kids were fussy and hungry from having to wait so long and also we're distracted by everything going on out in the waiting area and didn't photograph well. The sales tactics are despicable. They rushed through showing us our photos - some that were not in focus - and tried to make sure you purchased the largest package. We had to question what the "enhanced gallery" was on the final receipt, which was our photos just with word art and color effects on them, and had to tell them to remove it. We never asked for it, and it felt slimy. Disappointed with the quality of photos that were taken - I can't believe they offered us images that were blurry and out of focus. Had a excellent experience getting pictures of my grandson. Bailey was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was patient, kind and unhurried. The pictures were exactly what we hoped for. She really knew how to work with a 2 year old. I would highly recommend using JCPenney again if Bailey is the photographer!
Katie took my graduation pictures and was so sweet and personable! She even offered to get pictures without my cap/gown that I could use for sites like LinkedIn, along with a picture of all my graduation memorabilia! I came in early for my appointment was in and out in about 30 minutes. Definitely recommend this place for your graduation pictures!! Was a much better deal than paying >$200 for only 2 pictures I hated through my school.
