I just took my decision-day photos, and my incredible photographer was Alan. He brought great energy, creativity, and clear communication to my session. We go here often because it’s the only JCPenney near us, but the staff are usually rude and act like they hate their jobs. They rush you, change your appointment times and are just over all not nice humans. They hate when you bring your own props. Not good with children.

Me and my friends had our pictures taken by Kaellan and I was beyond impressed, not just at the results but also how helpful and on the nose she was with EVERYTHING throughout! My friends and I did the 'JCPenny Cringe' photos. And it was so much fun. Our photographer, Kaellan, made the process so much easier and enjoyable. She really understood what we wanted even when we didn't. She was also very kind and patient. Her customer service game was top tier. And the pictures were exactly what we had in mind! Thank you Kaellan!

I loved getting to work with Kaellan! Amazing customer service and amazing photos. The entire Kaellan made us feel comfortable, guided us through great poses, and was acomidatating. Couldn’t recommend more!
