I had such a wonderful experience working with Kaellan! She was incredibly sweet, patient, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire shoot. Her eye for detail is amazing, and the photos turned out absolutely beautiful better than I could’ve imagined! She really captured the essence of the moment and made the whole process feel effortless. I’m so grateful for her talent and kindness. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer who truly cares about her clients and her craft!
Absolutely atrocious experience the photographer would not give us a second to try to calm our child down to get better. Pictures was not listening to suggestions was not very personable when we tried to offer ideas to try to get our kid to smile. She just flashed the camera a few more times Went to get our other two kids to take pictures and that was rushed. The photographer is adequate, although if you have children under 6 prepare to bring another adult to supervise when choosing your photos as they will not lift a finger while your children wait and studio offers nothing in the way of distraction besides a 12 inch TV. My advice to the store is to stock up on some basic stuff that can be brought out when it's time to sell those packages. Parents are more likely to buy when they're not consistently being interrupted from previewing to stop their children from being children.
I take my daughter every year to the JCPenny Portraits studio for her annual Christmas with Santa pictures. The staff is so helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure a great experience for my daughter. They even bring in more holiday fun and spirit with cupcakes and treats, as well as holiday dress up themes for themselves. You can tell they are well experienced and enjoy what they do. Thank you to the crew, you make us continue to make this an annual event we look forward too each year!
Kaellan was such an amazing photographer! She was so nice and had an amazing way of making you genuinely smile! I highly recommend her, I definitely will be going back for more photos!!!
