Overall dissatisfied with the service I got. I felt rushed and like a burden to the photographer. Could be because I was the last one of the day but I felt uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. She’s got a great personality but it’s evident she doesn’t like the picture deciding process with people. I personally only had 6 photos to chose from and irritation was all over her…
We really enjoyed and this was our second time and it’s always so special to capture the moment in a frame with best memories…
The pictures didn’t turn out the best. After we got prints in the mail, they were off centered. Had to go back and have them fix them. Not a place you want to get pictures from.
We had the most amazing experience at the JC Penny Portrait studio! JK was so prepared for us despite a demanding schedule, and gave us her full attention and captured the best photos of us, exactly what we wanted and explained to her. We appreciate the time you took to make sure we got what we came for, and we will be back soon!
I had a terrible experience. The new manager, JK, is not equipped to handle the demands of a busy holiday season. I called to inform her that I would be 8 minutes late due to traffic, and she responded in a rude, abrasive, and downright unprofessional manner. There is a way to communicate with people respectfully. I was told that I was the reason she was running 20 minutes behind because she had to answer my call.
