I have no complaints as far as the wait or customer service. I believe my photographer name was Day. She did an awesome job. I had an appointment but did have to wait about 15 minutes after due to the appointment before me coming in late. Now my complaint is for the shipping. There should be an option to be able to come in and pickup photos instead of having to wait 12+ business days for them to be shipped from a different state. They are very slow! Lady in the front with the rotten teeth kept saying “imma go ahead and tell you we are behind and it could be more than an hour “. When we said we’d wait she again says “imma tell you right now it’s gonna be a couple hours”. We just left… then I get a charge to my card as if we cancelled! Poor service!!! Do not recommend!!

Horrible experience! The staff is rude and condescending. They don't care about your child or yourself. They only want your money. I have never been so humiliated in front of my daughter. DO NOT come here, go to a place where your photo-shoot experience will be positive. Don't let people that hate their lives ruin yours.

2 hours behind and NO CALL! Photographer spent more than half our allotted time playing with my 2 year old and did not have her camera ready to get the shots. After waiting Two hours Bekka Finally called us back and then left for a bit. So I had a cranky two year-old running around, wanting to play with everything in the studio and having very frustrated parents trying to catch her and tell her no while we waited for our photographer to return.
