I specifically asked and clarified if the background was going to be white. She said yes multiple times. I received the photo and it was a blue-grey. Totally unusable for my work photo. I called customer service for a refund and they could not assist. Please don’t waste your time or money even if you had a Groupon code.

The photographer didn’t help my 4 year old at all with posing. Most of the pictures her dress is messed up, her hair is messed up, or something just doesn’t look right. Maybe I’m wrong but usually the photographer will fix things like that. I just feel like she could’ve put more effort in to making each pose look nice instead of just trying to rush through it. Rachel at JCPenney Portraits was absolutely incredible to work with. She brought such a fun, positive energy to the entire session and made everything feel easy and natural from start to finish. She had amazing pose ideas, but was also totally open to any suggestions we had, which made the experience feel really collaborative.
