I was told when I was leaving the total price for my photos was $189.90 then recieved a $210 charge on my account. I was literally looking at a billing summary while I was there for $189.90 when I tapped my card then received an email with an additional $30 session fee which was additionally changed to my card but that I had no idea about and was never told to me ever. Eve absolutely NAILED our awkward family photos! We went in eager but not sure what to do and they had so many hilarious suggestions and tips! Highly recommend booking some good memories here.
Went 1/31 with a Groupon for couples pictures..we been excited to take Valentine's Day themed pictures.... unfortunately for us... it's been 1 week and I STILL have not received my 3 DIGITAL PICTURES!!! They are digital!! I was told it would take 24-48hrs but what the heck?!??!! Chris and Tiana were so great to work with. We chose the awkward photoshoot and Chris was out photographer. We are so happy with the way the photos turned out!
My siblings were in town for the holidays so we decided to do some awkward sibling photos at JCP. The process is super efficient. You make an appointment online, they'll call the day before to confirm, and you'll show up for your photo session. The session is QUICK. It's only 15 minutes so you'll need to have your inspo pics/ poses ready. Our photos were with Chris and he was so amazing and efficient, the photos turned out so cute and we had so much fun.
