Review update: The manager called me and offered us to come in for a 2nd shoot. We had a much better experience and our new photos were a lot better. I was able to get some really nice photos of my baby. I'm thankful for the 2nd opportunity and the new photos, but honestly I'm still nervous about choosing JC Penny again for my photos in the future unless I am certain that a manager or someone who is actually a photographer will take our photos. ----------------------------------- I'm ticked off and sad about my newborn photo... read more

Nothing special. Just a camera and basic backdrops for a crazy amount of money. Buy you a photo set up and a camera. Save yourself time and money. Sorry if rushey and feels low mid ish.
Had to get a headshot for work. Made appointment online, for Wednesday evening. Got several calls, one of which they called me Mr. ( I am female) to confirm my appointment. Got several emails and text messages to confirm my appointment which again is on a Wednesday evening... I tried to call an hour before my appointment to find out exact location since the Puyallup mall has 2 Pennys stores, only to find out THEY ARE CLOSED ON WEDNESDAYS!
