My siblings and I had so much fun getting fun pictures done for our dad! The photographer was so precious and helped us with both funny and serious poses. Can definitely be pricey, but we found a great Groupon deal!

My mother and I had an absolute blast! Our photographer Kaylee was 100% down to do the JC Penny awkward photo shoot. She showed us how to pose and encouraged our whimsical side. The lifelong memories we made are absolutely priceless!

Both JCPenny studios in Knoxville are run by a manager who is very insensitive about speech/voice disabilities. I have a muscular vocal condition. I make appts online. You answer session questions online but they insist on calling to discuss. I have extreme difficulty making phone calls. The first 3 times that I went, they weren’t that persistent.
