My daughter has been taking photos with Madeline since she was an infant .. she is by far the best. So patient and helpful. Our photos always come out amazing that I end up buying the entire session every single time!

I do not usually leave reviews but this was a horrible experience please do not waste your money. I went with a friend for this photo shoot and our photographer Desiree was horrible. She didn’t know how to pose us and when we were confused by her vague directions she got a horrible attitude. The lighting was broken and the pictures came out dark. Extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I booked an appointment for 1 PM but wasn’t seen until around 2:15. They never sent me any details about my order, and despite calling about 10 times over the past couple of weeks, I only got through twice. The first time, they promised to send the tracking information immediately after the call, but I never received anything. We wanted to do a nice photo for our parents for Christmas, one simple background. There was a 50 minute wait for appointments, which negates the need to even make them. The photographer kept insisting on more and more poses even after we said we only wanted 1 or two, and we finally had to flat out refuse and start putting our coats on. Had a 7:00 pm reservation, 8:00 pm rolled around and we still weren’t close to our photos being taken. We weren’t told about any delays during check in. We ended up leaving and not getting any photos taken. Extremely, extremely disappointed in the situation and customer service.
