We have been coming here for years and this is by far the worst year ever! Slow is an understatement. Christmas season is not new and to only have a staff of 3 on a Saturday is insane. Our appointment was for 1:15 and at 4pm we were STILL WAITING to choose photos! NO EXCUSE FOR OVERBOOKING! Photos were taken at 3:15 and the waiting area is packed with no seats or stools.
