We had an amazing couple's photoshoot with Marissa at the JC Penney Portrait Studio in Garden City! She was incredibly patient, never made us feel rushed, and had so many great posing ideas. Our photos turned out better than we expected. Marissa also took the time to explain the different packages and sales, helping us choose the best option. Alex was amazing! She made my cousin and me feel comfortable throughout our business headshot session and gave great direction for posing. She was professional, friendly, and the photos came out great. I highly recommend her and would definitely work with her again!
0/10 experience!! I wanted to take my newborn pictures here and left with highly dissatisfied with no pictures. first, i showed up with no reservation so i asked if i would still be taken. marissa said she had 2 3:00 appts so for me to come back at 4. i returned at 4 for her to not even remember scheduling me at 4:00. she then told me i have someone in front of me so i have to wait .. no problem. when it was my turn to take photos i undressed my NEWBORN baby as i’m doing this she’s asking about what background & all the thin... read more
