Very unorganized the lady at the desk did not even give me option to select a background for my daughter photoshoot for her first birthday she choose it herself and turn around and said that’s what I chose and didn’t explain nothing before the pictures were taken . Horrible experience and felt like a waste of money I didn’t like how the pictures came out it was very rushed and they only seem to show more attention to certain customers .
Scheduled a portrait session and had to reschedule. Called 4x, left 2 messages the day before and day of the session. Also called the main number at JCP Roosevelt Field 3x- no answer. Got billed for not showing up. This was in early November- before the Christmas rush. Still not able to reach anyone.
I had such a great time! Shout out to Marissa for being the best photographer ! She was so patient and kind especially since we had our newborn and dog with us. She was able to take the best photos of our baby girl even with her crying inbetween every shot.
We had the very sweet Angela as our photographer. She was great! She not only did a perfect job, but also made the process comfortable. Would love to come again 🥰
Went with a friend today for a shoot for our joint-birthday party. We had an amazing time and the photos came out great. Angela, our photographer, made us feel at ease, took charge, and we loved the experience.
