I honestly did not think I would be leaving such a bad review after such a nice experience taking photos, but what JCP portraits did is completely unprofessional and horrifying as a parent. I took my son for some birthday photos, we had such a nice experience there and I was told my photos would be ready after 24-48 hours. Well after 48 hours we still had not received the photos so I got concerned and contacted JCP and shutterfly/lifetouch and come to find out that JCP sent my ONE YEAR OLD CHILDS photos to a different email ... read more
this place is bad because the wait time is atleast a solid 2 hours and it’s so loud with such a small space as well as crying babies the customer service doesn’t make it any better either
