Very professional, informative and great customer service. When I arrived I was taken at my appointment time the entire process took about 45 mins.
Photographer Elisabeth rushed our session ,she did horrible on the edits, she wasn’t a good photographer she didn’t seem interested in catching the smiles and laughters when the kids was enjoying them selves. Ive been to this location twice before never had any issues until now with this photographer i will not be coming back
One of the workers kept picking their nose in front of us while choosing the prints. The photographer was impatient with our baby and took an hour to upload our pics to pick out. Even though we were scheduled first thing in the morning. We had our pics taken 3 weeks prior to Christmas and still never received them.
We got here at 2:30 for a schedule appt. Photos still aren’t taken by almost 4. Plan accordingly.
