Would give zero stars if I could. Lisa took our photos and right from the start her demeanor and attitude was HORRIBLE. She acted like she didn’t want to be there . I waited and hoped that the photos would come out okay (took my daughter to get 2 year old photos for her birthday) but literally only 2 came out okay and only 1 photo of my daughter standing came out good. Initially, I called to schedule an appointment but had to leave a message. After over one hour with no call back, I called back and finally reached someone. At the appointment, there was a training lady present. She was a little rude and could have been nicer. The photographer was friendly.

Before I share anything about our experience, I’d like to thank Dolores (the manager) for salvaging our experience. She was kind and polite and understandable, even after the frustrating experience we had. We had to wait almost an hour past our appointment time to actually take our pictures because they were running so behind. This place was unorganized, overly priced, and inconsiderate of people's time. The appointment was at 3 and we weren't put in the studio until around 4 pm. We went in for a family photo and yes it was a larger group however the photographer didn't lead us on how to position ourselves, who should go when, or provide any creativity. She was more so there to stand and push a button. She would just wait for us to say when to take the photo. Several photos later we get to the computer to select photos. How this place is even open is beyond me!? Well we got there at 1:35pm been here waiting and it's now 4:24pm. And the couple that got called on before us to look over their pictures, actually took their pics after us. So why they got called on before us when we were here before them? I have no idea but this will be our first and last time here. Next time go to a studio outside of the mall. 2 hours to wait it's ridiculous.
