Photographer had a positive attitude, we chose our backgrounds and were seen on time. After ordering our pictures through JCPENNEY/Shutterfly, our family group was not centered in the portrait’s resulting my son’s body to be partially missing with extra space on the opposite end of the group. Not one picture but several of them. Shoulders are missing on one side of the portrait’s, arms on others. The photographer could have zoomed out the lens or taken a couple steps back. It really didn't matter what time I scheduled, because we weren't seen until just over 1 hour and 10 minutes past our appointment time. They also chose to not spell my name correctly when I checked in, and there was really no explanation given to us for why the time ran over. Backgrounds were limited in that I would have liked a plain white background (like, no fake floor) Pictures were cute and professional. The photographer Jorge was a cool dude. I had an appoIntment and arrived 5 minutes early. We waited an hour and no one ever showed up. We asked a person who seemed to be a supervisor of some sort and said someone should be coming in soon. All he could do was apologize and walk away. We had family members fly in. This appointment was booked months in advance. This is ridiculous and I will be calling corporate.

A quick, but great photoshoot! Joseph was great at directing my poses and really friendly. This was my first time taking professional headshots and I felt like I was in good hands. I didn’t feel rushed and felt comfortable. Joseph is a great photographer and would definitely recommend!

I placed an order with enough time to receive my photos for Christmas. The person working at the time told us that the order can be delivered to the store for pickup so we could keep my mother’s Christmas gift a surprise. Their lack of communication at the studio led to my order being shipped back to its destination and ruined my mother’s Christmas present.
