We took our son here after learning he wouldn't get "school photos" at his current daycare. The gal that worked with us is named Mary and she was great! Kind, patient, and easy to talk to. I think the photo packages are egregiously overly priced but (this is my own fault) I hadn't asked when booking the session.

Was called the day before our appointment because we were bringing our pets for family photos. I scheduled about a month out, so I'm not sure why they waited until the day before. Got a call and was told that we can't come in because their policy is "no one mad, no one sad" and us being there with our pets will ruin family photos. Nolan and Joseph were great. They handled our kids very good. Very professional. Got started on time and didn't rush us. Best location we have used so far

They didn’t take the requested photos. Terrible customer service. Only allowed 15 minutes for a two year old and dog. Literally got one good photos. Photographer needs dentures and better customer service. Workers aren’t trained properly.

I will not recommend this place. We scheduled photoshoot for our kids. We ended up waiting for 30min and after that store manager rushed us into taking pictures in 20min and said he needs to leave for family dinner. Store does not close until 6PM but he asked us to leave and come back for another session. A week later again he repeated the same thing. We waited for 20min and then he rushed us.
