Overall experience was ehh. Felt a little rushed. We never got the chance to view the photos until after purchasing them. Scam, maybe? Not all pictures came out good. Very blurry. Lighting was off. I paid about $180.
We arrived 5 mins before our appointment time, but then waited 25 minutes before they were ready for us (and we had the 2nd appointment of the morning). The pictures were horrible. The photographer kept telling our kids to "look serious" rather than smile, so every one of the "serious" pictures look absolutely horrendous. It was a complete waste of $170 as all the pictures but 3 are completely unusable.
My 1 year old daughter and I had fun at our Christmas session. The photographer was super nice and patient. We will definitely be back.
