Horrible studio.. Went to get pictures with myself and 2 children. After waiting 40 mins over my scheduled apt time i had to literally interrupt someone and tell them i needed to cancel my apt & make sure they didn’t charge me as there new policy states you will be charged for cancellation. Nobody cared. Nobody took a second to even acknowledge that we had been waiting or let us know what time they would be finished with the previous session. We do not recommend this "studio". We had an 11:15AM appointment. We arrived to a messy situation of overbookings. Ultimately wouldn't be able to have our session until 1:00PM. We walked out because we have a special needs child and couldn't wait for that long. They were unapologetic. Do yourself a favor and find a professional photographer who is dedicated to you and respects your time.

Horrible customer service. I called them once they opened to inquire about an appointment. Left a voicemail and nobody ever returned my call. I called 3 more times the same day and was sent to voicemail every single time. Never heard back the entire day. Horrible service. I will not be scheduling an appointment here.
