My family had a Christmas photoshoot booked ahead of time. Upon arrival, it was crowded and very busy. We didn't take our pictures until about 40 minutes after our scheduled time. The photographer didn't take many photos and the ones she did take, we were very unhappy with. Also, they didn't honor the price that I originally booked under even though I see the same deal still on the website. I called to voice my complaints. I was offered a free print.
The photo shoot went as well as could be expected. The photographer was really nice. Studios are very clean. Had difficulty with checking out which was due to technical issues but the Manager Erica made it all right and helped out so much. We will be back! Thank you JC Penny's photo team!
Erica was the best! We did an awkward family style shoot with friends and she went above and beyond!!
T made our photo session experience the best experience ever!!! Every photo was the bomb.com, totally top tier. Was kinda disappointed when I came back to purchase the rest of the package T wasn't working that day.
