We had a 50% discount coupon but it was still $175 for a handful of digital photos. I would not mind that so much but there was Zero direction from the photographer. My jacket needed straightening and she said nothing. She was not ready to shoot but told us to pose with our 2 year old. She then proceeded to fiddle with her camera's controls. Finally, when she was ready, our two year old was fussy from sitting still for so long so we could not take the shot. Photographer did not capture good images. Needed help from another associate who would tell him take picture now, however he did not. Will not go back.

The employee Joshua Akpan was very professional when dealing with a very angry customer who came in 15minutes late for their scheduled appointment. He kept his cool and tried to explain to them the store policy and offered to assist them in scheduling a new appointment. Stellar employee.

Very unprofessional place, we had an appointment at 3:30 but didn't get our pictures done until 4:30 pm. I understand it's busy and it's the holidays but seriously, supervisor did not acknowledge anyone or apologize for the chaos, many employees standing around with only one photographer working and one employee checking customers out.. all employees seemed annoyed and rude! One even told me young daughters to move because she needed space by the computers instead of politely asking to move aside she made it seem like we wer... read more
